Cornerstone values the day to day of discipleship as well as the deeper immersive experiences. An alternative spring break gives you a fun trip with friends, a way to serve in a new context, and opportunities to develop you relationship with God in new ways.This year, we will be going to Memphis, TN with an organization called Service Over Self (SOS). On this trip we will be focusing mostly on reroofing a house in the neighborhoods of Binghamton & Orange Mound in Memphis. The trip offers a chance to learn about how God’s people are working to provide shelter, dignity, and the Gospel right in their own backyard.There is a cost to this trip, but we don't want that to be a factor in your decision making. Our primary hope is that you would raise support to invite other people to support you in the mission. We provide materials and coaching to do this.
